Return Information

All customers must obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA #) to return any merchandise. If your order was placed over the telephone, please contact the phone order department at 008618561321239 to receive a RGA # and return shipping address.  

Any items sent back to Syrinx without a valid RGA # will be refused at delivery and returned to the sender. Syrinx is not responsible for any items returned or shipments refused that do not clearly display a RGA # on the outside of the package.

• All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase*

• Items must be in clean and saleable condition (we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used or previously installed)

• Syrinx  will not accept returns on any item that has been delivered to, taken to or otherwise exposed to a farm location or area where livestock animals are present due to our bio-security protocol

• All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee at Syrinx's discretion

• The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return an item that was incorrectly ordered, not needed or cancelled after the order had been shipped

• If an item was shipped incorrectly, Syrinx will cover the charge to return the items to our location

• All refunds and credits will be issued after the product has been received and inspected

• Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase payment

*Special order items are not returnable.
